great service, great people!

Professional, courteous service. Heckmann & Thiemann have been servicing my vehicles for 20 years. This time the technician cleaned and repaired a part which is expensive and would have taken time to receive a new one.

Wonderful interaction with the owner/manager, was shuttled back home and got my car delivered very quickly, about 24hrs after drop off. Milo, Phillis and Ed Thiemman himself were all a pleasure to talk with. Intermediate service cost was roughly the same price as the Porsche dealership, but much easier to get in their shop schedule and faster turnaround. Will be back with my air-cooled 911.

I researched 3 mechanic shops that specialize in VW from recommendations from friends. Milo was an amazingly calming and communicative person, who essentially held my hand thru what was a stressful scenario with my Passat. I highly recommend these guys!

Couldn’t be more thrilled with the work done on my 1984 Vanagon. Through the whole process of this large service, they never failed to keep me in the loop. I cannot recommend these guys enough! This time, as in every time I bring the vehicle to them, the service is unparalleled.

Always, I repeat Always, repairs at Heckmann Thiemann are exceptionally. No sales…simply efficient repairs and service. For years and years, I sought resolve for my 1979 SuperBettle. Only Heckmann Thiemann recognized and resolved the problem. Immediately! Not even the Volkswagen dealership could help me! The people - each and every one of them are so very kind, understanding. They live service. A Special Place. Special People.
