I highly recommend the team at Heckmann and Thiemann Motors. They operate a customer focused facility that has the deep skill and commitment to professionalism needed to get-it-right when it comes to servicing and repairing automobiles – in my case all Audi’s from the 1990s including a 1995 S6 Avant. I drive my cars with confidence all over the west coast and as far as Denver to visit family, chase snow and take in the beauty of the region. Heckmann & Thiemann was recommended to me by two different car buffs. Sam at H&T was forthright with explaining the process & reviewing the repairs needed, one of which I thought was unique: a new glovebox for a 2005 VW Bug. Sam sent me an easy-to-follow review of what they found during diagnosis with estimated repair costs. Each step of the way when there was a new development, I was informed & asked for authorization. When I picked my car up, it had been cleaned inside and out. Their garage is super clean and personnel are friendly. Glad I found such a resource.

Great work, nice people. I no longer service my Porsche GT3 at the dealership. Cost is out of control at Porsche, in my opinion.

Dominic and the team at Heckmann and Thiemann Motors have now completed extensive work on my Subaru Forester, including a tire rotation, oil change, coolant flush, full inspection, and more. I’ve been incredibly impressed with the quality of their service. When I first came in for an engine diagnostic, they provided detailed images and clear descriptions of everything they found—including what was in good shape. They also educated me on where the leaks were, showed me exactly what they did to fix them, and explained what fluids I should be using and how to better maintain my car going forward. That kind of transparency and care really stood out. Their pricing is fair, their communication is excellent, and they genuinely go above and beyond. They even returned my car freshly washed after having it for about a week. The entire team provides the kind of honest, respectful, and genuinely helpful customer service that’s becoming hard to find these days, it is truly refreshing. I originally came in as a first-time customer, and I’ve already returned for a second service. I’ll absolutely continue coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, thorough, and skilled auto work. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
