This was the best experience I have had with German auto repairs. Heckmann & Thiemann Motors got my 2001 911 back on the road again. I agree with other reviewers that this shop gives a sense of mechanical excellence and competence in every interaction. The car had sat for 3 years and as expected the inspection report listed many recommended tasks. I appreciate that the report also prioritized the tasks identifying what needed "immediate attention" and what tasks would need "attention soon". The service manger, reviewed the inspection report in detail, kept me informed of the progress, and when I picked up the car, the mechanic also went over some details with me. Honestly, incredibly impressed. This is how you should feel when pulling into a mechanics shop. It's spotless, everyone is kind and knowledgable, and I was never pushed into anything frivolous. H&T definitely not cheap, but I trust my classic baby with you guys for sure! thank you for everything.

Honestly, best mechanic experience I've had for any of my vehicles. I was taking my classic 911 somewhere else and there were a few mistakes made, so I was looking for the best. I'm pretty sure I found it. The shop is spotless, the guys know it all, and they don't suggest things that aren't needed. Thank you very much H&T!
