I can’t say enough good things about Heckmann Thiemann Automotive! My son accidentally showed up for our appointment a full week early, but instead of turning him away, they happily took the car in anyway. Not only that, but they even shuttled him to his work—even though it was a couple miles outside their normal shuttle zone. That kind of customer service is almost unheard of these days! From start to finish, everyone we interacted with was so genuinely NICE. They also sent us a detailed digital report of their findings, complete with photos, a list of what needed attention right away, and recommendations for future maintenance. It made the whole process clear and stress-free. We are so appreciative of their above-and-beyond service and kindness. We’ve definitely found our go-to shop and couldn’t recommend them more highly!
