I can’t say enough good things about Heckmann Thiemann Automotive! My son accidentally showed up for our appointment a full week early, but instead of turning him away, they happily took the car in anyway. Not only that, but they even shuttled him to his work—even though it was a couple miles outside their normal shuttle zone. That kind of customer service is almost unheard of these days! From start to finish, everyone we interacted with was so genuinely NICE. They also sent us a detailed digital report of their findings, complete with photos, a list of what needed attention right away, and recommendations for future maintenance. It made the whole process clear and stress-free. We are so appreciative of their above-and-beyond service and kindness. We’ve definitely found our go-to shop and couldn’t recommend them more highly!

To start, the owner opened the garage to accept my towed in car after hours. Dom and Adam determined that with the investment in repair that we would be prolonging death not life for the car so we concluded surgery would not be in order. So I decided to donate the car. Excellent care and communication through the process. Thanks so much! Will be there with my Audi in future.

I obtained a PPI on a 997.2 Porsche that I was considering purchasing. Although the cost of the PPI was a bit more than I have paid from other shops, the work was also much more thorough, nicely documented, and the shop was available for follow-up calls and promptly provided a repair estimate to help with negotiations..

We've owned two 80's vintage Porsche 911's the last 25 years. Our current garage queen is a 1989 911 that only recently begin being serviced at Heckmann & Thiemann (H&T). I had a last minute need for non-essential maintenance (A/C charge). Though non-essential to the operation of the car, it was essential to marital bliss this weekend (long story). H&T graciously accommodated my last minute need in a way usually reserved for long time customers (which I will be). I dropped the car off Thursday with the understanding they may not get to it Friday. Lo and behold it was finished by 330pm Friday. Of the three Porsche shops that our cars have been to, H&T is head and shoulders above the other two -- no contest! They are thorough, communicate their findings and clearly understand older air cooled Porsches (and their owners). I wish I had changed to H&T years ago!
