Everybody at H&T Motors was friendly, professional and great communicators—something that's severely lacking in most repair shops. Took my VW Passat in after dropping over $1k at an unnamed dealership that couldn't fix the problem. The staff couldn't replicate the issue, so they called and I gave them more detailed notes. They listened and were able recreate the malfunction, diagnose and repair. In short, I'll be back.
