This is the most helpful, communicative, and kind shop I have ever worked with. They provide online itemized bill prior to starting work on your car where you can "confirm" or "refuse" services if you'd like. They call and/or text with updates throughout the day. They have went above & beyond in my five or so experiences with them. I always feel like my car is in good hands when it is with them. Good location, clean shop, and amazing people who know what they're doing!

I had to try several mechanics before I got directed to Theimann. I have an '86 VW Vanagon Westfalia Weekender with a Subaru engine and Theimann came recommended. From my first contact with them, I was impressed at how friendly and helpful they were and, after they did the initial inspection, I was impressed with their knowledge and competence in weighing and prioritizing the needs to care for "Earl". I'm glad I found a place I trust, with competent mechanics plus friendly and helpful!

Professional, courteous service. Heckmann & Thiemann have been servicing my vehicles for 20 years. This time the technician cleaned and repaired a part which is expensive and would have taken time to receive a new one.
