Took in a 1989 VW Westfalia for shifting problems on a recently rebuilt shifter assembly rebuilt by another garage. The other garage was unable to remedy the issue after two tries and seemed reluctant to address the issue at all. It was a tricky repair, but H&T was able to remedy the issue after two tries, with no charge on the second attempt. And they got the van in promptly on the return visit. Great customer service. Very professional and no attitude, which I greatly appreciate. Took the time to explain the issue with me and answer my questions. Also, did a general inspection and discovered the distributor cap and rotors needed replacing, something the other shop had missed. Can't believe how much better the van is running now! Thank you, H&T!
