I have been taking my cars here since the 70’s and have never had bad service. Being a female one tends to expect mechanics to patronize you but this has never been the case. II I say there is a problem they will search till it is found and corrected. My current Jetta over twenty years old and in great condition.

I had a great experience with Heckmann and Thiemann. They looked over my car and found two electric draws that were killing my battery as well as diagnosing an engine problem. Great customer service as well. Highly recommend them.
