This was the first time I had my Audi at Heckmann & Thiemann Motors for diagnostic work, repairs and maintenance. This garage is truly exceptional. The repair facility is spacious and immaculate. They performed a thorough 54 point courtesy inspection of my Audi and texted me a detailed yet easy to understand report with lots of pictures of everything they inspected. The repair and maintenance work was completed in a timely manner and my Audi now runs great. All Communications were clear, concise and professional. I will trust my car to Heckmann & Thiemann the next time it needs repairs or maintenance.

This place is AWESOME. Heckmann and Thielmann Motors is the most professional workshop in PNW for Porsche and European Cars. You feel welcomed, and they will not overcharge you for their services vs Porsche/Audi dealers. I highly recommend this place. I have been a customer since my first purchase of a used Porsche - and even did a pre-purchase inspection to make sure that the car I was going to get was in good condition. They know their job -- you won't regret using them!

Business doesn’t get any better than this. I will always take my ‘89 GLI here for service. They truly care about your car like it’s their own. I believe it’s Norma at the front desk and she is extremely knowledgable and friendly— same goes for Thomas. And Ed is always a pleasure to talk to! 10/10 work, it’s not often that you find a shop where it’s enjoyable to have your car fixed.

H & T did a great job. After the wildfires of last summer I had to change the air filters at the house, but forgot about my Porsche. Stupid me, but they took care of it and it runs noticeably better now. And it cost me less than anticipated. Thanks.
