This was my first experience with H&T, and I have to say it was entirely positive, from the super friendly and knowledgeable woman who answered the phone and booked me, to the inquisitive and interested mechanic who figured out and solved a problem on our car. I was even given a ride home when I dropped the car off; not something I was expecting! It reminded me of the reason why I always go to independent repair shops whenever possible. Super professional and honest, I will be using them again for my other car.

Most issues were resolved in timely manner. Mechanic found source of most of the car’s problems without it becoming too costly. And noticed some details that were helpful. I decided to ‘call it good enough’ on a cold start issue.

It's always a pleasure to work with this team. They always do a full check of the car and let me know what they found. They let me decide what work to do with their recommendation for immediacy. I never fail to be happy with their work. The staff is always pleasant and happy to help.

Gave me a fair price for an oil service for my Porsche cayenne. Less than half of what the dealer was going to charge. A little snafu when I picked up the car where the price didn’t match the quote. They quickly rectified the error. I’ll definitely use them again in the future.
