First time customer, though I have heard of Heckmann & Thiemann Motors for years. I have learned over the years to be very careful where i take my Roadster and I am very satisfied with them. They found a couple of bushings needing replacement and the shifting is now marvelous. And to boot they washed it .. nice extra. I would recommend them to anyone who needs

We've been taking our 1989 VW Westfalia to Heckmann & Thiemann for just over a year. In that time, they've corrected faulty repairs by our previous mechanics, stayed late to meet us when the tow truck brought us in from a breakdown on the Oregon Coast, replaced the original worn out suspension, upgraded the steering rack with new bushings and added stabilization, replaced the original exhaust system, tuned it up, and changed the oil a few times. They've always been willing to replace parts with those I prefer or provided me with options/suggestions they think would work better. Given the current supply shortages, they complete work as quickly as that allows. And, given how busy they are, they get the job done as fast as they can. They never push repairs on us and are clear about which need doing and which can be postponed. They run their shop professionally and without the attitude I've experienced at other shops. I took a chance the first time I brought the van in. I'm glad I did.

Great team. Great work. And some of the nicest people in the business. I take all my BMW work to them.

H&T is a wonderful company. They are friendly and professional, and once you have an estimate, you know what you are paying for and what to expect to pay after the service is complete. Mary and the staff are a joy to work with. They took my van to another shop to get some additional work done while they waited for parts and didn't even charge me for the delivery and pick up of my Vanagon. This service was the norm for businesses that took care of their customers. Not many companies do this today. Rashon the Vanagon mechanic called me, yeah, called me to let me know what was going on with my Vanagon and to assure me that everything was going well. He listened to my concerns and treated me with respect. He acknowledged my concerns and left me feeling like he cared as much about my old Vanagon as I do. Phyllis and Ed are wonderful people who run a business that places their customers first. Thanks, Heckmann and Thiemann for being a business I am willing to drive 90 miles from< the Oregon coast, to get my Vanagon serviced and repaired.

They did wonderful service when I had my 2002 westfalia now I have a Mercedes Metris pop top. I called and asked if they could do transmission service ,they said they hadn’t done one but bring it in. Service was wonderful and honest as always. They did a courtesy inspection and found a few things I already knew about and will do in the next month myself. Mary and the rest of the crew is great to deal with .

H&T is amazing. Not going to anyone else after my experience! Very personable staff and my technician even took time to talk to check out an issue I was having with my locking lug nuts. I’m back on the road again and my cars somehow feels better than it already did before!
