Your courtesy and willingness to keep me updated was excellent. Being able to speak with the technician from time to time was very helpful. Bryan and Mary are excellent employees and were both very professional and always willing to assist me when I called or stopped in.

This was my first time getting my 84 carrera worked on at H&T. Great experience overall, I've had the car for years and done most work myself but it needed some service that I didn't want to do so based on recommendations from friends in PCA I reached out to them. They did an oil change and valve adjustment, determined moisture content in the brake fluid was somewhat above optimum and also found some of the CV bolts at the transmission output flange had backed out. Great overall attention to detail and ultra responsive. I'll definately be back with my car.

Terrific Service

Heckman and Thiemann have taken the best care of me for over 15 years. My 1965 VW transporter purrs as it sails down the road. I feel confident taking it out on the road knowing it is safe and in good working order.

First time customer, though I have heard of Heckmann & Thiemann Motors for years. I have learned over the years to be very careful where i take my Roadster and I am very satisfied with them. They found a couple of bushings needing replacement and the shifting is now marvelous. And to boot they washed it .. nice extra. I would recommend them to anyone who needs

We've been taking our 1989 VW Westfalia to Heckmann & Thiemann for just over a year. In that time, they've corrected faulty repairs by our previous mechanics, stayed late to meet us when the tow truck brought us in from a breakdown on the Oregon Coast, replaced the original worn out suspension, upgraded the steering rack with new bushings and added stabilization, replaced the original exhaust system, tuned it up, and changed the oil a few times. They've always been willing to replace parts with those I prefer or provided me with options/suggestions they think would work better. Given the current supply shortages, they complete work as quickly as that allows. And, given how busy they are, they get the job done as fast as they can. They never push repairs on us and are clear about which need doing and which can be postponed. They run their shop professionally and without the attitude I've experienced at other shops. I took a chance the first time I brought the van in. I'm glad I did.
