I have used them in the past for my 2002 Westfalia now I have a Mercedes Metris pop top. Took it to them for transmission service. Estimate was right on done on time . Mary was great to deal with as usual. Staff and owners are always a pleasure to deal with.

H&T is amazing. Not going to anyone else after my experience! Very personable staff and my technician even took time to talk to check out an issue I was having with my locking lug nuts. I’m back on the road again and my cars somehow feels better than it already did before!

This place is what everyone hopes for when they take their car to the shop! From the very beginning it is palpable the company takes pride in their work. They use the customary digitally transmitted vehicle inspection report which I am used to with BMW dealerships except H&T’s is far more personalized and informative than the dealership. It touched a special place in my heart having such a thorough and honest assessment of my car. Everything was timely and efficient with factory parts. To top it all off Ed Theimann himself was polishing my taillights when I arrived for pick-up. The good feeling that I left with is priceless.

I really like how they document issues that need to be addressed with photos and thorough explanations. I appreciate they are proactive, staying ahead of potential problems. At the same time, not pressuring me to fix things that aren't urgent. Very friendly and communicate well. I trust them.

Brought my car into H&T for the first time last week. All I can say is that I can see why they have been in business for 55+ years, the service is excellent, the diagnostics and pricing are honest, and my car is running like a dream. They gave me a full diagnostic (down to the windshield spray nozzles) and were super clear about what in the report was a nice-to-have vs a need-to-have. Their reporting has a distinct emphasis on safety and car longevity. So happy I found them!
