I haven’t used this business but I can tell they have a lot of intergrity and care about their reputation. This is the ONLY place in Portland that continues to cover up the horrible graffiti that hits their building weekly . Thank you for putting the extra effort into making your building look reputable.

Their team is attentive, professional and deliver against your expectations. I would recommend Heckmann & Thiemann to anyone looking for German automobile expert technicians.

Car sat in the shop for 2 months. It makes sense as they have soo many vehicles and very little technicians. The inspection system they use is very thorough and they take pictures of everything with what needs to be completed right away and what can wait. Technicians and staff are very nice people. It seems that this is their busy season and sometimes things are out of their control.

Great shop. Did what is wanted done and didn't try and up sale. Just the facts. 😃

I was skeptical taking my Cayenne to anyone but the Porsche dealer. Mary and her team changed my tune. Will definitely be servicing my car here for now on.
